Welcome to CoachApp. By using the CoachApp iOS app and the getcoachapp.com website you accept the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Who we are

CoachApp is provided by Filippo Mancini, based in Italy. Contact: [email protected].

2. Who can use CoachApp

The app is intended for football coaches and technical staff, adults. Players (invited by staff) can use the app from age 14 with consent of a responsible adult.

3. Account and security

• You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
• Do not share your account with others (use staff invites instead).
• Report unauthorized access immediately to [email protected].
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

CoachApp offers two auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Personal: €6.99/month or €69/year
• Team: €24.99/month or €249/year

All subscriptions include a 30-day free trial on first use. No credit card required during sign-up; the card is only requested at subscription checkout.

Auto-renewal: subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period. You can turn off renewal from your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before expiry. No pro-rata refunds for mid-period cancellations (Apple policy).

Refunds: refunds are handled directly by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. CoachApp does not process direct refunds.

5. Permitted use

You may use CoachApp to:

• Manage your football team (roster, calendar, training, lineups).
• Collaborate with your technical staff (Team plan).
• Communicate with your players (Team plan).

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the app.
• Resell or rent your access to third parties.
• Upload illegal, offensive, or third-party content without permission.
• Use the app for non-football purposes that harm third parties.

6. Data ownership

The data you upload is yours. CoachApp claims no ownership. You can export it at any time (Settings → Export CSV) and permanently delete it (Account → Delete account).

Code, design, and trademarks of CoachApp are owned by Filippo Mancini. Not licensed.

7. Service "as-is"

CoachApp is provided "as-is". We do our best to ensure uptime and reliability, but we do not offer formal SLAs for consumer plans. Regular data backups are the responsibility of Apple (your device backup) and Supabase (cloud backend).

8. Limitation of liability

Within the maximum limits allowed by Italian and European law, CoachApp and Filippo Mancini are not liable for:

• Indirect losses, lost profits, or data losses arising from use.
• Cloud backend (Supabase) or Apple services downtime.
• Errors in weather information (provided by Apple WeatherKit).

Maximum cumulative liability does not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months of subscription.

9. Account cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time from the app (Account → Delete account). Cancellation is permanent and deletes all your data within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms, with email notification when possible.

10. Changes to terms

Material updates will be communicated in-app 30 days before taking effect. If you do not accept the new terms, you may cancel your account without penalties.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Exclusive competent forum: Rome. EU consumers may bring proceedings in their domicile's court.
