Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You download CoachApp, sign up with email and password, and get 30 full days of complete access. No card, no automatic charge. At the end you choose whether to subscribe or continue on the limited version.
How does staff sharing work?
With the Staff plan you invite other staff members by email. For each one you assign a role (admin or collaborator) and the areas they can access (Calendar, Roster, Medical, Analysis, etc.). Everyone's changes sync in real time on the others' devices, even offline with a sync when they reconnect.
Is my data and player data safe?
Data is stored on GDPR-compliant European servers. Every account can only access its own teams. You can export everything to CSV at any time and delete your account with a cascading removal of profile, teams and uploaded files.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From Account → Manage, the native iOS subscription panel opens where you can cancel, switch between yearly and monthly, or reactivate. Refunds follow Apple's rules: you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Do I need two different apps for iPad and iPhone?
No. CoachApp is one universal app: you download the same one from the App Store and the interface adapts to the device. One account, one subscription, real-time data sync.
Is there an Android or web version?
CoachApp is currently only available on iOS (iPad + iPhone). If you'd like an Android version, drop us a line and we'll take the requests into account.
Is the app in English/Spanish?
The app is currently in Italian. English and Spanish versions are coming soon. If you need a specific language earlier, drop us a line and we'll take the requests into account.
Can I import my roster from an existing CSV?
Yes. Settings → Imports → Import roster (CSV). The app also supports importing season matches (whole calendar), library exercises and other entities with upsert logic: you can re-upload the same file and existing rows are updated without duplicating.
